Hogshead Rock Cottage

Hogshead Rock Cottage was the second in the Hogs Group, opening in 2012. We took over the premises of the old Keg. Interestingly, when excavating in our service area behind the shop, we exposed the original kitchen of the old Rock Cottage Pub, which was a popular pub & restaurant garden in the 80’s!!! So this site has many years of ‘pub’ history.

This Hogs is well known for its great food, awesome party atmosphere, as well as the best place in the area to watch sport. Our upstairs ‘sundowner terrace’ offers the most spectacular sunset views.

Be sure to try our own range of Brewhogs Craft beer, brewed at our Heritage brewery in Kyalami, including the Award winning Brewhogs Blonde (best American-styled lager in Africa) and Brewhogs Platinum Light Lager (best Light Lager in Africa), as well as Brewhogs Pilsner, Red Lager, IPA & Ginger Beer.

You can find us in the newly refurbished Rock Cottage Shopping Centre, with plenty safe parking.

Cuthy, who started there in 2012 as a barman, is now the GM, assisted by Munya and Tyrone.
